Certificate ISO 9001-2000
ECS obtained ISO 9000 accreditation in January, and then ISO 9001-2000 accreditation in April 2003.
This framework helps us to increase customer satisfaction by :
- the quality of service provised to the customer
- respecting customers demands pricing
- pricing
Our Quality assurance and Metrologiy Manager Laurence TROMBERT has monitored the adherence and implementation of the framework within our company since September 2003.
